How the platform works

1. Vendors and suppliers add themselves to a public directory with their categories, country and years of experience.
2. Buyers and procuring entities set criteria in their admin dashboard: who may apply, and how offers are scored on price, delivery time and experience.
3. Only eligible vendors can apply. The platform checks each vendor against the buyer's criteria.
4. The platform ranks offers by value and shows who provides the highest value. The buyer then awards the purchase to the winner.
