How eProcurement.si handles personal data.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address and role. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To email you about the platform and to understand who we are building it for. We do not sell your data.
Who processes it
Waitlist and account details are stored in our Google Firebase (Firestore) database, hosted in Europe, and are accessed from other countries by our team. Only we can read waitlist entries. They are also sent to Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), the service that emails us each signup, so they are processed under the Formspree privacy policy and may be handled in other countries, including the United States. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR in Europe or privacy laws in the US, the Middle East, China and elsewhere in Asia may give you rights to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. Whatever your location, you can ask us to do this at any time using the contact form on the platform page.
Retention
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them or the waitlist closes.
