Questions
Do vendors ever pay?
Not for registration, the directory listing or submitting offers. Any future paid vendor options will be optional and announced in advance.
When do I pay as a buyer?
When you publish a tender. Saving drafts is free. You will be invoiced at launch; online payment is not yet available.
Is the fee a commission on the purchase?
No. It is a flat amount per tender, whatever the contract value.
